In order to make visa arrangements in time, please provide the following information:

  1. Family name
  2. Given name(s)
  3. Date of birth
  4. Place of birth
  5. Country name
  6. Citizenship
  1. Affiliation (Institution, address)
  2. Position
  3. Passport number
  4. Place where visa is to be obtained (city in which there is a Consulate of Russian Federation)
  5. Copy of all the completed pages of the international passport (with your photo, name, etc.). Please make sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date of your trip

Upon receipt of this information, we will send you an official invitation letter that should be presented in a Consulate of Russian Federation in your country as a basis for obtaining a visa.

Novosibirsk city, the site of the conference, is the biggest city in the Asian part of Russia. Novosibirsk is conveniently connected by direct flights to Frankfurt, Beijing, Prague, Hong Kong, Minsk, Dubai and some other cities.
