NEW RAPIDLY DISSOLVING MEDICINES BASED ON ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID

New ecologically safe and waste-free technology was developed for obtaining solid dispersed systems of medicinal substances as the basis for highly efficient pharmaceutical preparations. A family of new rapidly dissolving medicines based on acetylsalicylic acid was made.

Permission for medical application of the preparation was obtained.

The preparation is registered in Russia. The technology is patented in RF.

Technical and economical advantages:

• a decrease in the total mass of a tablet by a factor of 5 in comparison with analogues of soluble aspirin, with the conservation of pharmacological equivalence;
• a decrease in the amount of excipients introduced in order to increase solubility;
• low gas evolution during dissolution;
• possibility of intake either after preliminary dissolution or by swallowing;
• a decrease in expenses for production and packing of tablets by a factor of 3-4;
• ecological safety and waste-free character of the technology.

Areas of application:

The developed remedy with acetylsalicylic acid is used as a antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antiaggregatory agent.

The technology is applicable for the production of solid rapidly dissolving pharmaceutical dosage forms based on acetylsalicylic acid with various pharmaceutically active components (ascorbic acid, calcium carbonate, paracetamol).
